| Accommodation consists of 5 spacious rooms with a choice of double or single beds. All rooms are en-suite and have tea/coffee facilities There is secure on site parking within the lodge grounds. A babrbecue (braai) is situated next to the large sparkling swimming pool surrounded by well cared for gardens snd lawns. The lodge has easy access from the N2 highway and the East London esplanade. The city centre is just a few minutes drive. |

Nearby Amenities There are a number of fine beaches in East London. The nearby Eastern beach is one of the principal swimming beaches. Others include the Orient beach and Nahoon beach. The Nahoon reef is widely know to surfers worlwide. |

| For golf enthusiasts there is the East London Golf club which is rated in the top ten South African venues and is right on the doorstep of the John Bailie Guest Lodge. The Aquarium is located on nearby esplanade where there is also a tourism office stocked with brochures and media information for visitors to the East London area. |
