Self Catering 2 bedroom accommodation sleeps 6 20 Somerset Sereno is located just off the N2 highway in Somerset West in the Western Cape about 45 kms from Cape Town city. The unit has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, lounge and dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. The main bedroom has a queen size, extra length bed, fitted cupboards and bedroom furniture. The second bedroom has a double bed, two bunk beds with bedroom furniture. |

| Fully fitted for self catering, the kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee percolator, cooking and dining utensils. Linen and towels are supplied but guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. Their is a set of ladies golf clubs and beach equipment including beach umbrella, beach chairs, body boards, cooler box and ice bricks available at the unit for use of guests. A Platters wine estate guide is also made available to assist with preparation for visits to the wine producing estates. |

The Strand beach resort is just a few minutes by car and is well known for it's wide sandy
beaches and facilities for holiday makers. There are excellent sport facilities for golf,
fishing, most water sports and an indoor heated swimming pool of Olympic size. Helderberg Nature Reserve at the foot of the Helderberg mountains contains a wide variety of fynbos, protea, birds and some smaller fauna. Walks and hikes are a feature. |

The drive from Somerset West through Gordons Bay, Hermanus along the coast to Betty's bay contains
some very attractive scenery and is not normally as congested as some of the drives closer to
Cape Town and Cape Point. At least 3 good golf courses are within easy reach of Somerset West with the international standard Erinvale Golf Course and Country Club very local. For shopping and entertainment the Somerset Mall has cinemas, restaurants, take aways, and most of the major retail outlets |
