Built during the Victorian years the cottage is quaint, attractive and has it's own character. Located in a close it is part of a group of ten cottages very convenient for the local upmarket shops and boutiques. There is off street parking for two cars. |

| Fully fitted for self catering with open plan lounge and dining room the cottage has two luxurious bedrooms which are fitted with fine linen and quilts. Breakfasts can be arranged if required at an additional cost of ZAR 30 per person. On arrival at the cottage guests are met with a welcome basket of juice, milk, cereal, croissants and snacks. The cottage is serviced daily. Baby sitting can also be arranged. Very convenient for shopping, boutiques and fashion, clubs and restaurants and for access to main routes to winelands, False Bay and Cape Town city |

| Claremont is approximately 10 to 15 minutes drive away from Cape Town city centre, the International Conference Centre and V&A Waterfront. Very convenient for some of the major sporting arenas of Cape Town in particular the Newlands national cricket and rugby stadium. The Claremont Cavendish shopping mall and surrounding area houses most of South Africa's major retailers as well as a good number of smaller high class fashionable boutiques and specialist shops. |
